1. Returns Timelines & Eligibility
We provide a flexible 14-day returns policy. You have up to 14 calendar days from the delivery arrival date of your package to initiate a return request.
To remain eligible for returns, items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, with all labels, product tags, and accessories intact. Custom or final clearance/sale items are not eligible for returns.
2. Return Processing Steps
To initiate a return:
- Log in to your account and access your profile orders section.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and state the reason.
- Print the pre-paid return shipping label generated.
- Pack the items securely and drop them off at the designated shipping point.
3. Refund Methods & Delivery Costs
Once your package is received and inspected at our sorting center, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If approved, refunds are credited back to your original payment card within 5-10 business days. While we offer free shipping on original purchases over $150, return shipping fee deductions ($10 standard) may apply to the refunded amount.
4. Damages & Exchange Requests
In the rare event that items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please snap clear photos and email them to [email protected] immediately. We will ship out complimentary replacement items immediately without processing fees.
